Stay away from this company. They go for different names but their main phone number is 888-331-4443. They have many different phone numbers like 951-234-1777, 951-654-0410, 707-703-8581. Their "luxury" buses are prone to breakdowns. They inform you they have a replacement bus and make you wait only in the end tell you no bus is coming at all and you have to reschedule! Customer service sucks and it is very hard to contact them! This company is not worth saving money as they think your time is not important. They never return your calls and they never update you the status of their buses, if it is coming at all. One lady had her whole entourage with her as she was going to get married in Vegas the next day and they booked with this company and they were told hours later that no bus is coming as it broke down! They never offer any apologies too! Customer service is too bad. Stay away from this company and spare yourself the grief! 1290ea0

Whomever sent the complaint was not authorized to use my name. It should be unlawful to misrepresent another even on the webpages. Anyone using an unknown travel provider should verify the provider has the proper authorizations to operate. What hooked riders was the TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE prices. Didn't anyone tell you too good to be true usually is bogus? |

They told me to check in a hotel and they will pay for it "to make things right" because there was NO bus coming the day we were supposed to be picked up! They informed us there was NO bus after 3 hours of waiting. Oh, and they informed me because I called them nonstop for about 3 hours as we have not heard from them! Had I not call them, we wouldn't have known there was NO bus! So, anyways, we went and check in to the hotel, so we wont have to come home and come back the next day, as Lux will be paying for it anyways. Lux said they have a budget of $150 for hotel (hotels in downtown SD are expensive!). We have to find a cheaper hotel that is more than half a mile from pickup point because of their budget. Now, I am having a hard time getting reimbursed. So far, they have only reimbursed me $75 when they repeatedly told me the budget is $150. Had I known there will be issues getting my money back, we would have just gone home and not stayed in a hotel! With all the disaster we had to go through in going to Vegas and coming back - NO BUS ever showed up, the escalade had CHECK ENGINE LIGHT problem, waited hours and hours for the ride - I should have just cut my losses and never went through the NIGHTMARE! So they have poor customer support, poor organization, buses that brake all the time, and they are LIARS! |

NO ONE WHO WAS SCHEDULED TO GO ON THE TRIP TO AVI HAS RECEIVED A CREDIT ON THERE CHARGE CARD ........ DONT DEAL WITH THEM . |
