The bus experience was horrible to say the least. I purchased two tickets for my parents. The
bus trip to Vegas was late 45 min from it's original pick up time of 9:15am. Not too bad. The return trip from Vegas to L.A was re-scheduled twice, from original pick up time 3 pm to 6pm. Then at 5:30pm. they called & said no bus would be showing up. They did put up all passengers up for the night in a hotel. They guaranteed the bus would be there the next day at 8am". There was no bus the next day at 8am! There was no courtesy call!!!! No one could get in touch with anyone at Lux Travel/. After 2 hours of trying the person who answered,
Brandy, who said she was the reservation manager said she did not know what happened to the bus, had no reply why the bus did not show?. Her only reply was that we did not have to get rude with her & if we had a complaint we had to call back & speak to her manager Michael:. When asked for full information, she could only provide the
first names, she could not provide any additional phone numbers & no mailing address;. The poor stranded passengers had to find their own transporation from Las Vegas back to Los Angeles & San Diego|. Very POOR customer service|. Check out all reviews before you buy'.
